Warranty New Items
All dealer based new items come with a manufacturers warranty. All pickguards and Guitars from Gombrelli Guitars USA come with a 30 day warranty for returns or repairs.
Warranty on Custom vs Premade Hot Rod Items vs Defects
PREMADE products (new, used, or newly wired) have a 30 day return window. if not 100% satisfied.
CUSTOM ORDERS can be returned for 25% restocking/resale fee (because we would have to re-sell them and resold custom items may go from new to used or may be harder to sell because of the customization, etc.
ITEM DEFECT - Any new or used item is guaranteed to be free of defects for 30 days.
